Shape anything from tight rooms and focused vocal spaces to huge atmospheric tails. Size controls the scale and decay of the reverb, while Space changes predelay, diffusion, modulation and stereo width. Together they let you create a space that feels like it actually belongs to the sound.

SHAPE THE REVERB BEFORE IT BEGINS

Low frequencies can quickly turn a beautiful reverb into a muddy mix. That is why 2B Reverbed includes a dedicated High Pass Filter before the reverb. Use the High Pass Filter to remove unnecessary low frequencies before they ever enter the reverb, keeping kicks, basses, vocals and instruments cleaner and more defined.

The Damping control works inside the reverb itself and determines how quickly high frequencies disappear as the reverb decays. Increase it for a darker, smoother tail or keep it lower for a brighter and more open sound.

BUILD THE SPACE AROUND THE MUSIC

Not every sound needs the same type of reverb. A vocal may only need a little depth, while a synth, guitar or pad might benefit from a huge atmospheric space.

The Size control shapes the physical scale and decay of the reverb, while the Space control changes its sense of openness, diffusion, modulation and stereo width.

Use them together to create anything from compact ambience and vocal rooms to wide halls and long atmospheric tails without having to fight with dozens of controls.

SHAPE THE TONE OF THE REVERB

2B Reverbed includes dedicated Low Shelf EQ (L-CLR) and High Shelf EQ (H-CLR) controls for shaping the tone of the wet reverb signal.

Use the Low Shelf EQ to remove excess weight or add warmth to the lower frequencies of the reverb. Use the High Shelf EQ to darken a harsh tail or add extra brightness and air.

Because these EQ controls process the reverb return rather than the original dry signal, you can completely reshape the character of the space while keeping the source itself intact.

GIVE YOUR REVERB SOME ATTITUDE

Sometimes a perfectly clean reverb is not what the track needs. The built in Drive control adds saturation directly to the wet reverb signal after the reverb has been generated. Use a small amount to add warmth and density, or push it harder to turn the reverb tail into a more obvious creative effect.

Combine Drive with the Low Shelf and High Shelf EQ controls and you can move from clean, natural ambience to darker, warmer or more aggressive reverb textures without affecting the dry source.
