Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all offers and orders of digital products offered for sale on https://2bplayed.com. Making use of an offer or placing an order (downloading free or paid products) via the shop of 2B Played means that you accept these general terms and conditions of sale.
1. Offers, prices and payments
1.1 All product prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where applicable. The original base price is in euros (EUR).
1.2 Payment of the digital products offered on https://2bplayed.com is made online and through the payment methods offered. The product is delivered digitally and sent automatically by email after successful payment.
1.3 By placing an order and paying for a digital product, the buyer enters into a final purchase agreement with 2B Played. The terms of this agreement are available on 2B Played before and at the time you order a product. You must also accept these conditions during the checkout process.
1.4 A final agreement gives the purchaser the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the digital products. The intellectual property right and legal authorship remain with 2B Played at all times.
2. Intellectual property rights
2.1 All intellectual property rights concerning digital products, both in whole and in parts, remain the full property of 2B Played. You undertake to refrain from any action that violates intellectual property rights.
2.2 2B Played guarantees that the digital products delivered to you do not infringe any intellectual property rights of third parties.
3. Liability and responsibility
3.1 2B Played is not liable for damage that may result from the use of the relevant products.
3.2 Correspondence and / or delivery takes place via email and internet. You are responsible for providing the correct (email) address to 2B Played. In addition, you are also responsible for properly setting up your computer and any programs such as firewalls, spam filters and virus scanners, so that messages and digital products sent to you can be received.
4. Copyright and unauthorized use of downloads
4.1 The digital products of 2B Played are copyrighted. It is therefore not permitted to copy and / or distribute and / or commercially exploit the purchased digital products.
4.2 It is not allowed to create “derivative works” by modifying the downloads and then distributing them or exploiting them commercially.
5. Cancel orders and refund policy
5.1 No right of return applies to digital products of 2B Played. For this reason it is not possible to cancel or refund an order that has already been executed and delivered.
5.2 2B Played grants a 14-calendar-day period to request a refund for software products purchased via the official 2B Played website, including but not limited to audio plug-ins or VSTs. However, a refund cannot be requested if the software has been downloaded, installed, or activated after purchase. Any one of these actions is sufficient to render the refund ineligible. This policy is also outlined in Section 2.5 of the software license agreement, which is included with the applicable products.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1 If one or more of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with any applicable law, the relevant provision will lapse and will be replaced by a new comparable provision to be determined by 2B Played.
6.2 These conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
6.3 All disputes between parties will be submitted exclusively to a competent court in the Netherlands.
